The Selangor government announced that in order to to help Selangor SMEs to digitalise their businesses, the government will provide a 50% matching grant of RM5 million allowing the Selangor state SMEs to apply and receive a maximum of RM5,000 to purchase or digitize their business. This include enterprise software and electronic payroll systems to enhance the company’s operating systems.

This means that if your company buys QNE Accounting Software or Payroll Software worth RM10,000, through this award, you only need to pay half price-RM5,000 to have a set of powerful accounting software or payroll software.

Business address or operation address registered in Selangor Only

In operation for at least 1 year

Required to have a minimum annual sales turnover of RM 300,000 and not exceeding RM 1 million

Limited to (1) application per company only. However, SMEs are allowed to apply to up to (3) digital services with (1) or more service providers that are endorsed by SIDEC.

SDN BHD Company

  • Copy of MyKad 
  • Copy of business registration licenses (CCM, Form A/B, Form 24 & 49 and M&A or any similar forms under the Companies Act 2016)
  • Utilities bill
  • Audited financial statement for the last financial year or the latest management accounts
  • Company’s bank statement for the last two (2) months
  • Company’s profile 
  • Proforma invoice / invoice from authorised DSPs listed by SIDEC

Sole Proprietorship

  • Copy of MyKad 
  • Copy of business registration licenses (CCM, Form 9 or any similar forms under the Companies Act 2016A)
  • Utilities bill
  • Audited financial statement for the last financial year or the latest management account (if any)
  • Company’s bank statement for the last six (6) months
  • Company’s profile 
  • Proforma invoice / invoice from authorised DSPs listed by SIDEC
