Matching Grant Up to RM 5000 for first 100,000 SME’s only.
In order to build a Digital Malaysia, Small Medium Enterprise (SMEs) are called to adopt the digitalization measures for their business operations. This includes electronic Point of Sales systems (e-POS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Electronic Payroll systems. As a support, the Government will provide 50% SME Matching Grant of up to RM 5,000 per company for the subscription of the above services. This matching grant will be worth RM 500 million over 5 years, limited to the first 100,000 SMEs applying to upgrade their systems.
RM 550 million budget will be allocated by the Government as well as for the Smart Automation matching grants to 1,000 manufacturing and 1,000 services companies to automate their business processes.
