How to Submit a Consolidated E-Invoice

First, navigate to the e-Invoice Module. On the left-hand side of your dashboard, click on ‘e-Invoice’. Then, click e-Invoice Power Search’ from the dropdown menu.

The e-Invoice Power Search Tab will be opened where you can Filter the Date Range, Customer, Supplier, Doc Agent, Doc Purchaser, and Doc Type. In this tutorial Filter only the Date to July 2024 and set Doc Type to Sales Invoice.

Click the ‘Inquiry’ on the upper-right section of the e-Invoice Power Search Tab.

Scroll down to show the ‘To Validate’ Tab and see the Sales Invoice that has a pending status. Click the checkbox on the left side of the transaction’s Doc Date to include in Consolidated Validation.

Click the enabled ‘Submit E-Invoice’ to proceed. A confirmation message will be displayed, click the ‘Ok’ button to Confirm E-Invoice Validation.

A confirmation message will display indicating the validity of the transaction. Click the ‘Valid’ Tab and you will see that the transaction is also listed.
