How to Configure My Company
Welcome to QNE AI Cloud Accounting! In this article, we’ll guide you through the process of configuring your company profile. Let’s get started! Go to the Navigation Pane and click Company > Company Profile.

There are several tabs under Company Profile such as Basic, General, Header, Financial Period, and Logo. Let’s start with the Basic Details. Input all the necessary and available data to the fields. Please keep in mind that fields with red asterisk are required to have data. Fill in the following fields;

Company Name | Enter the full name of your company. |
Reg No. | Provide your company’s registration number. |
Sales Tax Reg No. | Input the sales tax registration number if applicable. |
Service Tax Reg No. | Enter the service tax registration number if applicable. |
Tourism Tax Reg No. | Provide the tourism tax registration number if applicable. |
Business Nature | Describe the nature of your business. |
Referral Code | If you have a referral code, enter it here. |
Remark | Add any additional remarks or notes related to your company. |
Once done click the “Save Changes” and proceed with the succeeding tabs.
Following the Basic Tab is the General Tab, fill out all the necessary fields especially the required indicated by red asterisk.

Address Line 1 | The primary address line for the company’s location. Typically includes suite, floor, or unit number. |
Address Line 2 | An additional address line for extra information like building name, and street name. |
Address Line 3 | Further details if needed, such as city and region. |
Address Line 4 | Any remaining address information that doesn’t fit into the previous lines. |
Zip Code | The postal code corresponds to the company’s location, essential for accurate mail delivery and geographical identification. |
Attention | The name of the primary contact person or department at the company to whom correspondence should be directed |
The primary email address for official communications and notifications related to the company. | |
Phone 1 | The main contact number for the company, typically the general office number. |
Phone 2 | An alternative contact number, which could be another office line or a mobile number for the primary contact person. |
Fax 1 | The primary fax number for sending and receiving official documents. |
Fax 2 | An additional fax number, if the company uses more than one fax line for different departments or purposes. |
State | The state or province where the company is located, used for regional identification and administrative purposes. |
City | The city or town where the company is situated, providing a more specific location within the state or province. |
Once done click the “Save Changes” and proceed with the succeeding tabs.
Under Header Tab, click ‘Reset’ to apply the changes made in the Basic and General Tabs.
You can finalize your Company Report Header look, and further change the formatting styles by adjusting the Font Style, Color, Size, Alignment, etc.
Don’t forget to click the “Save Changes” and proceed with the succeeding tabs.

Next, the Logo Tab allows you to remove or change the uploaded logo, or upload one in case you have skipped this step during the on-boarding process.

The Financial Period which was initially set up during on-boarding can be edited in the Financial Period tab, provided no posted transactions have yet been made.
